This policy describes how Infralock Systems handles information when you use Venator at venatorslab.com.
What we collect
- Account details you submit at sign-in (name, email).
- Agent telemetry you enroll: hostname, IP, OS, keep-alive time, file integrity events, module status.
- Analyst actions in the console (incidents, notes, playbooks) stored for your tenant.
How we use it
Data is used to operate the SIEM console, detect integrity and security events, and communicate with you about the product. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Agent events are retained while the agent is enrolled and for a rolling operational window after removal. You can remove an agent from the fleet at any time; that deletes its telemetry from the console.
Cookies
Venator sets a necessary cookie to keep your sign-in session, and a consent cookie named venator_consent that remembers whether you allowed optional cookies. That consent cookie lasts one year. If you allow analytics, a first-party cookie named venator_analytics is stored. We do not set advertising cookies, and optional cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change this from Cookies in the site footer.
